English Architectural offer a volume of services to people living within rural areas. Planning has its own issues the more the countryside is involved. The portfolio photographs show a farm yard that had become untidy and unkempt due to a change in farming policy. The requirement was for a new purpose built farmyard allowing the safe and secure storage of machinery and livestock as can be seen from the photographs below. The before pictures show a rather dishevelled area, following discussions with both the owner and planners we were able to secure the new farm yard, 3 substantial buildings, a farm office and a stockman’s residential unit.
