Canfield Nurseries is a 10-acre site which was previously a working nurseries before falling into disrepair in the 1980’s. The site had been subject to previous failed planning applications for residential use, until we were asked by the clients to review and maximise the opportunity available on the site. Working closely with the local authority designs and layouts were agreed for seven residential dwellings that will enhance the area.
