By the time you are notified that your application has been refused, you could be several months into the planning process.
Costs can already have built up to significant amounts at this point, with associated fees and architects’ costs having already been paid.
Many people cut their losses at this stage and decide against an appeal, but some come to English Architectural at this point.

Amendments will then be made to the proposal, which can be restarted from scratch if required.
The optimised and fine-tuned proposal will then be resubmitted.
