This client contacted English Architectural about a farm yard that had become untidy and unkempt and needed revamping to adhere to a change in farming policy. The requirement was for a new purpose built farmyard allowing the safe and secure storage of machinery and livestock.
As pictured, the existing site was overgrown, untidy and below standard.
Following discussions with both the owner and planners we were able to secure planning for the new farm yard, three substantial buildings, a farm office and a stockman’s residential unit.
