The receipt of an enforcement notice in most cases would ruin the property owner’s day. In this particular case the property was a large coach house that had been exquisitely converted to become a five bedroom luxury home set within glorious grounds.
The enforcement notice issued by the local planning authority stated that the property would need to be returned to its original condition. We were asked to mediate and deal with the issues in hand.
This ended successfully with the regularisation of the property and grounds, allowing the family peace of mind and a wonderful family home to enjoy.
