When the owner of this town centre bungalow with substantial (but overgrown) grounds passed away, the family asked if there was anything we could secure on the site.
We agreed a sum to purchase the site and submitted a planning application for five properties, each with garden and designated car parking.
The site was cleared whilst the planning application was in progress, leading to the surprise discovery of a long-lost swimming pool.
Ultimately the site was sold on to a developer and it has since been developed.
