This run-down bungalow had been left to two family members, who were unsure what to do with it.
Whilst they could have sold it in the state it was in, they approached us and asked for our help to maximise its value.
We designed and submitted a planning application for two new units and to replace the existing bungalow with two one-and-a-half story houses with car parking and garden.
The application was approved, and work then began.
