Previously a solicitor’s office and car park, agreement was reached with the neighbours to acquire additional land to maximise potential of the plot. Planning application was submitted for the creation of four flats within the main building, to change the coach house into a detached dwelling, and build a total of nine cottages in what was the car park area and adjacent gardens.
All properties have now been built and are selling currently.
