Canfield Nurseries is a 10-acre site which was previously a working nurseries before falling into disrepair in the 1980s.
The site had been subject to previous failed planning applications for a conversion to residential use, and the owner then approached English Architectural to review and maximise the opportunity available on the site.
Working closely with the local authority, designs and layouts were created and permission was granted for seven residential dwellings that will enhance the area.
