When the owner of this town centre bungalow with substantial (but overgrown) grounds, now surrounded by a much newer development, passed away, the family asked if there was anything we could secure on the site.
We agreed a sum to purchase the site and submitted planning application for five properties, all with garden and car parking. The site was cleared whilst the planning application was in progress, leading to the surprise discovery of a long-lost swimming pool!
Ultimately the site was sold on to a developer and is currently under construction.
